As a proud descendant of Hardy and Mary Shelton’s first-born child, Laura Shelton, and her husband, Pinkney Franklin, Beatrice Johnson carries forward a legacy of resilience, service, and community. For over 24 years, Beatrice has dedicated herself to helping others through various nonprofit organizations and church groups. These experiences have given her invaluable insights and skills, shaping her approach to leadership and service.
With a deep commitment to serving others and a belief in perseverance, Beatrice has developed a broad set of professional skills that she brings to her role as director, including nonprofit board management. As a seasoned database professional, she has extensive experience in team leadership, supervisory roles, and database management. Her expertise also extends to fiscal budget reconciliation, creating analytical reports, and managing data extraction processes. In addition, Beatrice has successfully organized fundraising events, developed webpages, and overseen various administrative functions that keep projects running smoothly.
